Country rhetoric trackers on the Africa backend (RSS, GDELT, Brave, Telegram OSINT, Reddit, Bluesky), rolled up by africa_regional_bluf.py. Each country's signals are independently sourced.
Methodology
Regional posture rolls up country trackers: peak escalation level, breached red lines, multi-country breadth, and junction convergence. Claiming-actor silence is read as tempo change, not quiet. Coverage is stated explicitly — countries without a tracker are absent from the read, not assessed as quiet. Updated every 14 hours.
